Troubleshooting

  • To Join Shooters Union
    Please visit our website https://shootersunion.org.au/ and on the landing page select JOIN.  From the JOIN page in Find my state… you can see what is covered by your membership.  From our website you can also find out more information about Shooters Union Australia and in the News section what we are working on.
  • To Renew your Shooters Union Membership
    Please check your emails for a reminder email that has a “Pay Invoice Now” link included.  To renew simply click on the link and enter your credit card details to pay and renew.  Alternatively, from the link you have the option to Sign In and review your invoice to make adjustments in the Renew Now option.
  • Sign In
    If you are trying to Sign In you MUST first "reset your password" to generate the password for THIS NEW SITE. (NOTE: this site was launched at the beginning of November 2025 - no previous passwords have been migrated), Please click here for instructions on how to reset your password and login for the first time. Your username is the email address that is on your membership record that we use when emailing you.
    ***Please remember to avoid getting locked out of your account and your username or password does not work do not try more than 4 times 
    ***If you have set up your Sign In and  are unsure of your username or password, please select the Forgot your password option at the Sign In page as this will avoid you being locked out.
  • Is your membership lapsed and you would like to renew?
    Firstly, follow the steps above to set up your Sign In.  Once you have set up Sign In and signed in on the Left-hand side is an option to Join Now.  Please click on Join Now and follow the process to renew your membership.
  • How do I find my documentation?
    After joining or renewing your membership you will receive emails with instructions on how to access the documentation, but if your Sign In is not set up this will need to be done first.
  • How do I update my details or order a membership card?
    Please Sign In to your member portal and from the Member Portal drop down menu please - select member account to update your details and there is a menu option to order a card
